What? It’s working?
Three months into training!
It’s hard to believe that it’s already been 14 weeks! In those 14 weeks, I’ve managed to lose ~17 pounds (which I liberally round up to 20, depending on the company) and a staggering two pant sizes!

Triple threat – aka ab work out from hell
You need: a stability ball (aka, one of the oversized, heavy duty beach balls at the gym)
Also nice to have: the ability to turn off your brain for the period of the exercise
